Don Pearsall is a U.S. Army Vietnam combat veteran and founder of Veterans’ Connections, a 501 C (3) Non-Profit dedicated to helping veterans find healing and purpose after service.

As a former UH 1 Huey helicopter Door Gunner with the 155 Assault Helicopter Company and then the 1st Cavalry Division, Don’s journey is deeply personal — from surviving being shot down once during the infamous TET Offensive and then a mechanical failure crash, to finding renewed faith and meaning through writing and service.

His bestselling book, Back From the Front, has reached veterans and caregivers around the world — from Israel to Argentina — offering a practical, compassionate guide for understanding and managing PTSD.
